MicroSD Reader Code 43 Failure
Windows Device Manager reports Code 43 when the Genesys Logic or Realtek USB/PCIe SD host controller driver reports a hardware descriptor crash, bus enumeration failure, or interrupted power rail (VDD 3.3V) due to thermal stress or component degradation.
Contact Sensor Open Circuit Fault
The main controller triggers a rapid red LED ring strobe and triple audio alert when the capacitive/galvanic skin contact sensing circuit detects an open loop or high-impedance state (>500kΩ) during active RF/microcurrent output initiation, halting RF generation to protect the user and output stage.
Mop Lift Position Sensor Error
Fault 19 indicates a telemetry mismatch in the mop assembly's lifting and auto-detaching mechanism. The mainboard detects that the Hall effect sensors or optical limit switches failed to confirm the expected physical travel limit within the motor drive cycle duration, engaging motor stall overcurrent protection.
Flashing Amber Attachment Communication Fault
The TheraFace PRO micro-controller detected a 1-Wire/I2C handshake communication failure or an impedance mismatch via the magnetic attachment spring-loaded pogo interface, tripping peripheral interlock protection.
DC Arc Fault Detected
The integrated Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter (AFCI) detected high-frequency electrical noise characteristic of an electric arc in the DC string circuit (UL 1699B compliance). The inverter has ceased power export and opened internal safety contactors to prevent thermal escalation or fire hazard.
Insulation Resistance Fault
The inverter detected an insulation resistance (Riso) fault on the DC side dropping below the safety threshold (typically < 200 kOhm to ground) during pre-grid connection checks or operational residual current monitoring, preventing grid feed-in to avert ground fault and shock hazards.
Continuous Red Skin Contact Lockout
The SensoAdapt optical skin tone sensors and capacitive/mechanical contact bars failed validation, triggering a persistent red light safety lockout that prevents the xenon flash capacitor from discharging.
Intermittent USB Moisture Detected Fault
The USB-C controller PMIC triggered an analog impedance trip on the CC (Configuration Channel) or SBU pins, registering low resistance (<200 kΩ to GND) caused by liquid ingress, conductive debris, or corroded PCB traces. Fast charging protocols (USB-PD / PPS) are locked out to prevent galvanic corrosion and VBUS short-circuits.
Side Brush Robotic Arm Jam
Fault 18 triggers when the main control board detects an overcurrent condition (>450mA) or a lack of position encoder feedback from the robotic side-brush extension servomotor, indicating mechanical binding or actuator stall.
E04 Low Water Sensor Lockout
Error E04 triggers when the capacitive or conductimetric water level sensor detects inadequate immersion or an open-circuit state across probe contacts, forcing an immediate heating element cut-off to prevent dry-fire thermal runaway.
