Stack Communication Bus Timeout
The main inverter management unit failed to establish or maintain bidirectional CAN/RS-485 serial communication with the high-voltage LFP battery stack BMS over the proprietary inter-stack connection bus. This trips system-wide safety cutoffs and halts power conversion.
Side Brush Arm Gear Stall
The robotic arm actuator's micro-stepper/DC servo driver detected overcurrent (>350mA) or limit micro-switch timeout during side brush reach extension or retraction, tripping the stall protection circuit.
5x Telephoto OIS Actuator Jam
The camera subsystem triggered a driver hardware fault and software crash due to physical resistance or failure in the 50MP 5x periscope telephoto voice coil motor (VCM) or ball-bearing OIS guide rail assembly. The application processor failed the closed-loop Hall effect sensor positional feedback check during initialization.
Heatbed Cable Fault Damage
Thermal runaway protection triggered due to open/short circuit or high resistance in the NTC 100K thermistor harness or AC heater trace caused by localized mechanical strain and internal core fatigue at the heatbed strain relief.
HV Stack Communication Fault
The inverter central supervisor lost CAN bus packet telemetry from one or more stacked high-voltage battery modules (nominally ~102.4V per pack, up to 300V+ stacked). Safety interlocking opened internal solid-state and DC contactors to prevent DC bus desynchronization.
Touch Freeze and Kernel Panic
The application processor watchdog detected a communication failure on the display touch SPI/I2C peripheral bus. Failure to acknowledge the interrupt line within 180ms caused the Darwin kernel to assert a watchdog panic (i2c3::AppleSPU/Touch IC failure) and force an immediate reboot.
Front Steer-by-Wire Redundancy Degraded
The Steer-by-Wire (SBW) electronic control unit detected an electrical isolation loss, communication failure, or channel discrepancy in one of the dual redundant 48V motor drive channels within the front steering actuator assembly, forcing the system into single-channel degraded fail-operational mode.
Automatic Wire Feed Failure
The AWF (Automatic Wire Feed) error occurs when the CNC controller's wire threading sequence fails to complete within the programmed retry threshold. The machine halts machining cycles because the electrode wire was not successfully thermal-cut, guided through the workpiece start hole or kerf via the high-pressure water jet, or detected by the lower guide sensor and wire collection unit.
Toolhead Communication Failure
The main Motion Controller (MC) board lost serial packet communication with the Toolhead (TH) interface board across the umbilical cable harness, prompting an immediate safety halt.
Heatbed Heating Malfunction
The mainboard controller detected an abnormal temperature reading or failure to heat on Heater 2 (the heated bed). The firmware tripped thermal runaway protection or open/short circuit failsafe to prevent hardware damage and fire hazard.
