FlexiArm Side Brush Jammed
Error 51 is triggered when the microcontroller detects a positional stall, travel timeout, or current spike on the FlexiArm side brush extension actuator. This occurs when foreign matter wedges the articulating linkage, the micro-worm drive binds, or the actuator position limit switch fails to signal state transition.
AOP Watchdog Timeout Panic
Kernel panic triggered by the Always-On Processor (AOP) subsystem failing to service its hardware watchdog timer within the allocated window. This is typically caused by bus hangs on the I2C/SPI sensor lines (ambient light, proximity, barometric pressure, or capture button flex) or localized power rail collapse on PP1V8_AOP.
Steer-by-Wire Redundancy Degraded
SBW_a033 indicates a loss of redundant data communication or telemetry mismatch between Primary Channel A and Secondary Channel B on the front Steer-by-Wire (SbW) electro-mechanical rack actuator. The vehicle defaults to single-channel fail-operational mode, limiting steering dynamics and alerting the driver.
FlexiArm Side Brush Stuck Retracted
Error 105 indicates the robotic arm deployment mechanism failed to extend from its housing. The MCU detected motor overcurrent (>350mA) or an endstop optical/Hall sensor timeout during the extension sequence.
Periscope Telephoto Actuator Failure
The camera subsystem encountered an actuator driver timeout or feedback anomaly on the 50MP 5x periscope telephoto module. The Image Signal Processor (ISP) aborted optical initialization due to a Voice Coil Motor (VCM) open circuit, Hall sensor positional feedback out-of-range, or a mechanical seizure along the ball-bearing suspension rail.
5x Telephoto Actuator Failure
Closed-loop feedback failure on the 50MP 5x periscope folded telephoto actuator assembly. The camera subsystem Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) halts the camera service when the Voice Coil Motor (VCM) or Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) Hall-effect sensor fails to report target coordinates within the driver IC timeout window, often caused by mechanical binding, open coil windings, or missing LDO drive voltages.
Rear Inverter MOSFET Failure
Critical drive inverter hardware alert indicating Silicon Carbide (SiC) power MOSFET failure, phase desaturation (DESAT), or gate-driver shoot-through in the 800V rear drive unit inverter, causing rapid HV isolation and loss of rear drive propulsion.
Inverter High-Voltage MPPT Comms Failure
Error 086 indicates an internal CAN/UART communication loss between the main inverter control board and the integrated High-Voltage (HV) MPPT charge controller sub-assembly. This trips hardware protection and halts high-voltage solar harvesting.
Heatbed Cable Fatigue Abnormal Temperature
The mainboard detected abnormal heatbed temperature readings or resistance instability caused by mechanical fatigue and wire core fracturing in the AC/DC heatbed cable harness. Thermal runaway protection has engaged to mitigate fire risks.
Split Phase Inverter Overcurrent
Error ERR_INV_301 indicates hardware protection trip caused by an instantaneous or sustained overcurrent condition across the 120V/240V split-phase inverter bridge. The inverter's primary current shunt or Hall sensor detected current exceeding peak threshold (typically >30A continuous or >60A surge per leg), tripping gate drivers to protect the silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET array.
