Head Contact Sensor Red Interlock
The Age-R Booster Pro incorporates bio-impedance and capacitive contact telemetry on its treatment head to prevent RF, microcurrent, or electroporation emission into free air. A flashing red interlock indicates an impedance anomaly, liquid bridge under the electrode perimeter, damaged FPC ribbon connection, or sensor IC rail drop below the operating threshold.
Contact Sensor Open Circuit Fault
The main controller triggers a rapid red LED ring strobe and triple audio alert when the capacitive/galvanic skin contact sensing circuit detects an open loop or high-impedance state (>500kΩ) during active RF/microcurrent output initiation, halting RF generation to protect the user and output stage.
Head Contact Sensor Fault
The device detects an anomalous closed circuit, high capacitance drift, or serum bridge across the electrode head contact sensors prior to skin coupling, triggering continuous red LED flashing and safety alarm lock.
Contact Sensor Impedance Fault
The quad red LED blinking fault indicates that the skin-contact bio-impedance sensing circuit has detected an out-of-range impedance value (>2.5 MΩ or shorted <50 Ω) across the four bipolar treatment head electrodes, triggering the MCU auto-cutoff safety interlock.
Contact Impedance Safety Cutoff
The internal microcurrent/electroporation sensing circuit detected abnormal skin-to-electrode contact impedance (<100 Ω short circuit or >500 kΩ open circuit/dry state), causing the main MCU to trigger a rapid audio tone warning and flash the red LED ring to prevent thermal burns or RF arc discharge.
