Machine-verified error code diagnostic walkthroughs
VibraRise Lift Motor Stall
The mainboard detected an overcurrent event or a missing Hall sensor feedback pulse from the VibraRise mop lifting actuator. When the DC lift motor attempts to raise or lower the sonic mopping plate, excessive mechanical resistance or an electrical open circuit trips motor driver overcurrent protection (Error 44).
VibraRise Mop Mechanism Jammed
Error 44 triggers when the motor driver detects persistent overcurrent (stall condition exceeding threshold current >1.2A for 2+ seconds) or Hall-effect position sensor timeout while attempting to actuate the VibraRise 3.0 mop lifting carriage.
VibraRise Mop Actuator Jammed
Error 10 triggers when the robot controller detects an overcurrent trip or stroke timeout on the VibraRise mop carriage lift actuator circuit. When transitioning between hard surfaces and carpet, the microcontroller energizes the mop lift motor via an H-bridge driver while polling limit switches or optical position interrupters. If current exceeds safe operational limits (typically >450mA peak) or if stroke limits fail to transition within 3.5 seconds due to mechanical binding, broken gearing, or sensor misalignment, the robot halts to prevent motor thermal runaway.
FlexiArm Side Brush Motor Stall
The mainboard micro-controller detected excessive current draw on the FlexiArm actuation servo or rotary motor driver circuit (overcurrent threshold exceeded), indicating mechanical binding, debris obstruction, or gear train failure.
FlexiArm Side Brush Motor Jam
Error 42 indicates that the dynamic FlexiArm deployment actuator encountered excessive mechanical resistance or an overcurrent condition (>350mA) while attempting to extend or retract the robotic side brush mechanism.
FlexiArm Side Brush Stall
Error 10 indicates an overcurrent or stall condition detected on the side brush motor or its robotic FlexiArm extension linkage. The mainboard current-sensing shunt resistor detects motor current exceeding threshold (>650mA sustained) or a failure in the dynamic arm deployment limit switch, triggering an automatic protective shutdown.
FlexiArm Side Brush Stall
Error 42 indicates an overcurrent or stall condition detected by the mainboard current-sensing shunt resistor on the FlexiArm dynamic extension side brush motor driver circuit, caused by foreign matter wrapping, gear train binding, or actuator obstruction.
VibraRise Lift Motor Stall
Error 44 indicates an overcurrent or stall condition detected by the mainboard current-sense shunt on the VibraRise mop lifting motor. The H-bridge driver tripped overcurrent protection due to mechanical obstruction, gear binding, or motor winding failure.
FlexiArm Side Brush Motor Stall
Error 104 indicates an overcurrent or stall condition detected on the Roborock FlexiArm mechanical deployment linkage or rotational side brush DC drive motor. Mainboard current-sensing shunts trigger shutdown when load exceeds safety thresholds.
Main Brush Roller Stall Overcurrent
Main drive MCU detected current draw exceeding the 1.8A safe operating threshold on the DuoRoller drive motor circuit, triggering firmware-level overcurrent protection to prevent motor winding burnout and driver IC damage.
FlexiArm Side Brush Jammed
The main PCB detected an overcurrent event or mechanical stall condition on the FlexiArm servo extension actuator or the primary side brush motor circuit, triggering an automatic protective shutdown.
FlexiArm Side Brush Stuck
Error 107 triggers when the FlexiArm micro-stepper motor or mechanical linkage encounters excessive resistance during side brush extension or retraction. The MCU detects overcurrent on the extension drive circuit or a limit switch timeout, shutting down the arm actuator to prevent motor burnout.
FlexiArm Side Brush Jammed
Error 51 is triggered when the microcontroller detects a positional stall, travel timeout, or current spike on the FlexiArm side brush extension actuator. This occurs when foreign matter wedges the articulating linkage, the micro-worm drive binds, or the actuator position limit switch fails to signal state transition.
FlexiArm Side Brush Stuck Retracted
Error 105 indicates the robotic arm deployment mechanism failed to extend from its housing. The MCU detected motor overcurrent (>350mA) or an endstop optical/Hall sensor timeout during the extension sequence.
Suction Fan Motor Stall
The mainboard firmware detected an abnormal current spike or a missing Hall-sensor tachometer feedback signal from the brushless DC (BLDC) suction turbine fan assembly, triggering an overcurrent safety cutoff to prevent motor driver IC failure.
VibraRise Mop Mechanism Stuck
Error 23 triggers when the mainboard micro-controller detects motor overcurrent or timeout via optical/hall-effect limit switches during mop module retraction or deployment cycles.
Error 10: Dock Auto-Empty Air Duct Blocked / Filter Jammed
Error 10 is generated when the vacuum attempts to evacuate debris at the RockDock Ultra dock, but the differential pressure sensor detects an air blockage or suction motor overload exceeding the 27,000 Pa vacuum threshold.
VibraRise Mop Motor Jammed
Error 28 indicates that the mainboard MCU detected an overcurrent stall condition or a positional timeout on the VibraRise mop lifting mechanism. The motor controller attempts to raise or lower the mop module, but mechanical binding or failure of the position-sensing limit switch prevents completion within the 3.0-second actuation window.
